I had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Premier Vision Center! After over a week of struggling to get an appt scheduled at other places in Springfield with Doctor call offs & mis-scheduled appts, they were able to schedule me in NEXT MORNING, and have new glasses shipped to me within the week (4 days to be exact), even without having vision insurance. All of the employees were very friendly, including the pooch that hangs out in the lobby! Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs glasses/eye exams in a pinch!
